Lori Katz is a Strategic Advisor and Owner of Magnolia Willow LLC.
We have been providing strategic business advisory services to early-stage companies for 15+ years with a focus on access to capital, synergistic stakeholder partnerships, corporate structure, business strategy, and new market entry. Our expertise is with mission-driven technology, hospitality, and sustainable consumer products companies with an emphasis on cross border. We are passionate about the alliance of business, social good, and sustainability.
We also work with UHNW and family offices in the U.S., Europe, Israel, and Australia and focus much of our efforts on impact investments, family businesses, and next generation transition of wealth.
We are based in NY and often found visiting with clients across the US, Israel and Australia.
Lori is a recipient of an Ariane de Rothschild Fellowship Award and holds a certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from Columbia University Business School; a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School; and a B.A., cum laude, from Tufts University.
